Rustic, Country Illinois Wedding

Saturday, June 17th was the perfect day for a wedding! And wedding day it was for Matt and Amber Marshall! It was gorgeous and sunny but not too hot! The venue was Richardson Clubhouse in Buffalo, Illinois and it was already decorated head to toe. The theme was rustic country. The ceremony took place just outside a beautiful log cabin where the stairs leading up to a beautiful wrap around porch was the alter. There were wildflowers, burlap with lace details and twinkle lights. But none of this compared to the bride. She wore a beautiful mid-length, dainty, lace dress with a flower crown and cowgirl boots while her husband wore khakis with a white button down shirt and an iconic western belt.

When the ceremony began it was private, quiet, and intimate with only close friends and family in attendance. The bride and groom said their vows to one another that had everyone in tears and were soon joined on stage by their three beautiful children forming a circle as they said their vows to each other as a family. It was such an intimate, emotional, and touching moment that left us all breathless.

After the ceremony we went inside the log cabin to find a beautiful stone fireplace and tables decorated with burlap, candles, mason jars and baby's breath. But lets not forget about the taco bar in the corner! Um... YES PLEASE! We watched the bride and groom and their beautiful family and friends dance the night away as the sun set over the log cabin.

Congratulations Matt and Amber! It was such an honor to photograph your beautiful day. Blessings to you and your family!
