Chris & Kallie Lincoln, Illinois Wedding

Oh friends! Do I have some beautiful images to share you with today! This wedding will surely go down in history as one of my favorites! I had the pleasure of shooting Kallie and Chris’s gorgeous wedding in Lincoln, Illinois on April 8, 2017 and I loved every. minute. of. it.

I love the way Kallie chose to incorporate a rich, deep blue and touches of blush pink. The tones, the textures, the tulips fit so seamlessly together with the old churches stunning stained glass windows that lined both sides of the sanctuary. Beaming their beautiful light as Kallie walked down the aisle. Everything from their beautiful invitations to the receptions adorable custom mickey cookies (made with love by the bride herself) to the delicious cake topped with Cinderella's castle made this the most perfect day ever! It was clear that they put much care and heart into each and every wedding decision.

Details and décor aside…. Kallie and Chris were the real reason I had been looking forward to this wedding for so long. They are so adorable. She’s the sweet to his silly. So kind, so loving, so perfect together.

Kallie and Chris, I love you guys! I love your families. I love your love. From the moment we sat down at our consultation 10 months ago to hear your story and your plans for your wedding (and your future), I couldn’t wait for this day to come. You two are kind beyond words and joyful beyond belief. Those two things alone made it an honor and pleasure to serve you all day, every step of the way. I’ve been giddy about pressing the “Publish” button on this blog post, because I have so many favorites and I love the thought of you two sharing a moment together as you relive the most wonderful day of your lives. I love you both to Disney and back! ;) And I hope you love your memories as much as I loved documenting them for you!
