How to download your pass photo gallery images

Yay! Your pictures are finally ready! You’ve received an email with a link to your gallery. I use a system called PASS to share my clients final images with them. Their galleries are beautiful and easy to use. My clients are able to mark their favorite images, share them with friends and family to download, and order prints and albums all in one place. However, if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed and are unsure on how exactly to to navigate your gallery, this guide is for you. Reading instructions not your thing? Don’t worry! I’ve attached video instructions below as well!

If you have had multiple sessions with me, you might notice that your gallery is split into sub-categories named according to the session type/date containing all the images from that session. Your most recent session should be at the top. However, if you hover over the “gallery button” in the main menu, you should be able to jump to a specific session.

ordering prints or products

One of the best parts of PASS is it allows you to order professional-grade prints and products directly from your gallery. No more downloading just to re-upload to another site! These prints or products will be produced by a professional print shop and shipped directly to your doorstep!

To order prints or products, follow the instructions below:

1) Hover over or click on the image you want to print and click Buy in the bottom right corner of the image.

2) You should be able to select the products or prints you want of that image.

3) Enter the quantity you want to order.

4) Click “Add to Cart.”

5) Once you have chosen all the photos you would like to print, click the shopping cart in the top right hand corner of the gallery. There will be a number next to it indicating how many products you are ordering.

6) Insert your Address

7) Click “Place Order”

8) Enter Payment Information.

After that, all you have to do is sit and wait for the products and prints to be delivered straight to your door.

Sharing images

To share the images with friends and family, I suggest sending the link/URL to your gallery. I also recommend not using the Share Photo button on social media, because it will share the photo and post your entire gallery link, which you may not want to do.
